This is one of my favorite photos. I heard a call over the scanner of the fire and grabbed my camera and out the door I flew. No knowing what to expect I hung back and observed what was happening. I saw all the fire truck gathered at the front of the barn and the firemen rushing around.

... horse barns are susceptible to fire like any other building, especially when there is so much wood and as an outdoor building, it takes a lot of wear from the element. I thought the pic is poignant, beautiful but I can see where it may represent pain to anyone who has been through such an experience. I have never heard of a fire proof horse barns Thanks so much for posting it. |
